TGDog is a free Chrome extension for Telegram anti spam bot management. Connect your own bot, set your group rules, and keep tokens, messages, and evidence locally in Chrome. No TGDog account or subscription.
Runs while Chrome is open and connected.

TGDog connects a bot you own to a Chrome dashboard for supergroup moderation. You choose the rules and actions; TGDog keeps your moderation data on your device.
TGDog is free to use. No TGDog account, subscription, or paid server is required for the extension’s local workflow.
Your token is stored in Chrome; messages, rules, and evidence stay in local IndexedDB. They are not uploaded to TGDog servers or an AI service.
The extension communicates directly with the Telegram Bot API using your bot token. This website never asks you to enter that token.
Local storage reduces third-party data sharing. It is not an encrypted operating-system vault; protect access to your Chrome profile.
Read privacy & dataTGDog is a Chrome extension that helps Telegram supergroup admins monitor spam and apply keyword-based member actions through their own bot.
Set keywords for each group, add optional fuzzy matching, and choose how to handle a match.
Review matching text, rule snapshots, and action status. Enabled keyword, repeated-message, near-duplicate and flood rules save evidence and can use your chosen member action.
Search, filter, pause in bulk, and reuse detection rules.
A Telegram anti spam bot helps group admins detect unwanted messages and apply moderation rules through the Telegram Bot API. TGDog adds a free local dashboard for your own bot: keyword filtering, repeated-message detection, near-duplicate checks and anti-flood settings for supergroups.
Use custom keyword rules to flag unwanted promotions, repeated offers or other phrases your group does not allow. Optional fuzzy matching helps detect similar wording. A keyword match is a rule trigger, not proof that a message is fraudulent.
Spot members repeatedly posting the same text within your configured window. Set a repetition threshold and exempt common short replies, so useful conversation is less likely to be treated as Telegram group spam.
Enable near-duplicate detection to review repeated posts with small wording changes. TGDog retains matching evidence locally, helping admins tune Telegram spam filtering rules against the actual messages received by their bot.
Define a short time window and message-count threshold to flag rapid posting. Anti-flood settings help identify bursts that overwhelm group chat; they do not guarantee protection from coordinated raids or every spam account.
Messages and evidence stay on your device. TGDog connects directly to the Telegram Bot API, without sending message content to its own server or an AI service.

Check the evidence and choose your keyword actions.
Start with observation. Enable member actions when you understand their effects.

|---|---|
| Keyword matches | Observe · Block · Remove |
| Repeated messages | Use your chosen action |
| Near duplicates & floods | Use your chosen action |
| Data & evidence | Stored locally in Chrome |
Observe by default; explicitly choose Block or Remove for enabled rules.
Block and Remove delete the affected member’s history in supergroups. Chrome must remain running and connected.
Telegram spam prevention works best with rules that fit your community. Use evidence to distinguish unwanted advertising and repetitive posting from legitimate replies, then choose the action that matches your group policy.
Start with Observe to collect suspicious-message evidence without taking member actions. Check the matched text, rule snapshot and exemptions before enabling automatic Telegram group moderation.
For enabled rules using Block or Remove, TGDog attempts to delete eligible matched cached messages before member handling. Block bans the member; Remove bans then unbans, allowing rejoining. Both affect message history in supergroups.
Use one local dashboard to search supergroups, pause observation and copy detection settings. Per-group whitelists and action choices let community admins apply different spam prevention rules to different conversations.
TGDog is designed for admins who want their own bot, local moderation data and configurable rules without a subscription. Before choosing any Telegram moderation bot, check where data goes, what actions it can take and whether its operating requirements fit your group.

TGDog uses the Telegram Bot API. These official references explain the permissions and delivery limits behind its behavior.
Telegram supports polling or webhooks. Pending updates are kept for no more than 24 hours.
Source: Telegram update deliveryExplicit message deletion generally requires a message to be less than 48 hours old and the bot to have the required group permissions.
Source: Telegram message deletionIn supergroups, Telegram’s ban operation revokes the member’s messages. TGDog’s Remove action also uses this ban step before unbanning.
Source: Telegram member ban semanticsYes. TGDog is free to use, with no TGDog account or subscription required. Its local Chrome workflow does not require a paid bot-hosting server. The Chrome Web Store link will be published when the extension listing is available.
No. The current extension polls for updates about every 30 seconds, performs full analysis about every five minutes, and runs the action queue about every 30 seconds. Browser scheduling, network delays and queued batches can add latency. Chrome must stay running, awake and connected.
TGDog is a Chrome extension that works through your own Telegram bot. Your bot receives updates from supported supergroups; TGDog manages rules, evidence, and keyword actions locally in Chrome.
No. Monitoring pauses when Chrome exits, your device sleeps, or connectivity is lost. Telegram keeps pending bot updates for no more than 24 hours, so TGDog cannot guarantee that a long offline period will be recovered.
Enabled keyword, repeated-message, near-duplicate and flood rules can use the group’s explicitly selected Observe, Block or Remove action. Before member handling, TGDog attempts to delete currently matched cached messages that meet Telegram’s deletion limits. The bot needs deletion and member-restriction permissions. Muting and a standalone delete-only mode are not available.
Yes, these actions use Telegram’s ban operation, which removes the affected member’s message history in supergroups. Remove then lifts the ban to allow rejoining. It does not automatically add the member back.
Your bot token is stored in chrome.storage.local. Messages, evidence, and rules are stored in local IndexedDB. The extension connects directly to the Telegram Bot API; it does not upload message content to a TGDog server or an AI service. Local storage is not an operating-system encrypted vault.
Yes. Search and filter your connected supergroups, pause observation in bulk, and copy detection rules between groups. Whitelists remain specific to each group, and copying detection rules does not copy the action choice.
A dedicated bot is recommended. Another client receiving updates, or an existing webhook, can conflict with TGDog. Create your bot with BotFather and enter its token only inside the extension, never on this website.
No. It analyzes updates that the bot has received and TGDog has retained locally. Raw messages are capped at 3,000 per group and retained for at most seven days; evidence is retained separately for 30 days. Busy groups may have a shorter effective detection window.
Connect a dedicated bot, add it as a supergroup administrator, and enable observation in TGDog. Configure keyword, repeated-message, near-duplicate or anti-flood rules for the spam you see. Review evidence in Observe mode first, then explicitly choose Block or Remove if needed. Detection depends on received updates, local history, enabled rules and Chrome remaining online.
Create your own bot with BotFather using /newbot, connect its token inside TGDog, and add the bot to your test supergroup. Grant deletion and member-restriction permissions for member actions. TGDog provides the free Chrome dashboard and local rule engine; it does not create or host a shared bot for you. The How to use and Guide pages include the BotFather tutorial.
You can add recurring advertising phrases or specific domain text to keyword rules and review matching messages. This is text-based filtering, not a universal Telegram anti-link bot or phishing detector. TGDog does not verify website safety, identify every scam, or block all links by default.
TGDog is a local Chrome extension that controls your own Telegram bot through the Bot API. Unlike a continuously hosted moderation service, its scheduled work needs your browser and device to stay awake and connected. There is no TGDog subscription or required paid bot server, but this local design is not an always-on hosting service.
